Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack your beauty device in its original box, ensuring all chargers, accessories, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
